Booking Policy

Payment Methods

To confirm any booking it is necessary to pay by choosing one of the following :

Advance payment of 20% of the total amount of customers’s/guest’s stay, not less than the price of one (1) night. Balance due is paid on arrival or departure using cash or credit / debitcard.

The deposit must be transfered within 3 days in the bank account indicated in the booking confirmation e-mail, which is sent after the customer/guest completes the booking request.

The deposit and the bank voucher must indicate the name of the customer/guest as well as the the booking ID.

Payment of the total amount of stay in a bank account.

The total amount must be paid within 3 days in the bank account indicated in the booking confirmation e-mail, which is sent after the customer/guest completes the booking request.

Your deposit must include your name and booking ID.

In case of booking more than one apartments, the deposit (20%) applies to each room separately.

All transactions are made exclusively in euros (€).

Any bank transfer / currency conversion costs are borne exclusively by the visitor / customer.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation or for any change from the initial booking, the following applies:

In case of cancellation up to 20 days before arrival, 50% of the amount given will be refunded. The return is made within 30 days.

In case of cancellation for less than 20 days from arrival, the deposit is non-refundable but can be used for future stays.

In case of cancellation up to 20 days before arrival, 100% of the amount given by deposit is refunded.

In case of cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, 50% of the amount given by deposit is refunded.

If canceled up to 15 days before arrival, is no refundable but can be used for future stays.

In case of early departure the customer / guest is obliged to pay 50% of the remaining days in addition to the days spent overnight.

In case of one day stay and as long as there is no problem on behalf of Vicky Villas, the customer / guest is obliged to pay the total cost of the reservation.

In case of cancellation of more than one apartment the amount is not offset against the remaining apartments of the booking.

Terms of Accommodation

Vicky Villas maintains the following accommodation conditions:

On the arrival day, the room is given to the customer / guest from 12:00 onwards.

On the departure day, the room is delivered by the customer / guest until 11:00.

Children up to 12 years old stay for free.

The property may refuse your stay if more guests than the initial booking will arrive.

Is it not possible to place extra beds in the apartment from the ones listed?

The customer / visitor must comply with the common quiet hours (15:00 – 17:30, 23:00 – 07:00).
