Advance payment of 20% of the total amount of customers’s\/guest’s stay, not less than the price of one (1) night. Balance due is paid on arrival or departure using cash or credit \/ debitcard.<\/p>\n

The deposit must be transfered within 3 days in the bank account indicated in the booking confirmation e-mail, which is sent after the customer\/guest completes the booking request.<\/p>\n

The deposit and the bank voucher must indicate the name of the customer\/guest as well as the the booking ID.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In case of cancellation up to 20 days before arrival, 50% of the amount given will be refunded. The return is made within 30 days.<\/p>

In case of cancellation for less than 20 days from arrival, the deposit is non-refundable but can be used for future stays.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In case of cancellation up to 20 days before arrival, 100% of the amount given by deposit is refunded.<\/p>

In case of cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, 50% of the amount given by deposit is refunded.<\/p>

If canceled up to 15 days before arrival, is no refundable but can be used for future stays.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
